As the proposal to rescind the H-4 spousal work authorisation regulation inches closer to reality, the immigrant community, especially of Indian origin, is leaving no stone unturned to help ensure continuity of the Obama-era programme. One of the many efforts is a petition launched on the White House website requesting the US government not to revoke the H-4 EAD programme.
