Slamming Congress President Rahul Gandhi's continuous attack over the Rafale deal, Union Minister Arun Jaitley said that UPA government allowed the banks to be looted and most of the accounts were not declared as NPAs even though they were defaulters. Addressing Rahul Gandhi as the "clown prince", Jaitley said he concocts a lie and repeat it as many times.
