Jaitley said the Comptroller and Auditor General would study the pricing and take a view on whether the NDA government’s deal was better than the one UPA was negotiating. Jaitley said Reliance had entered into an MoU with Dassault in February 2012, when UPA was negotiating the deal. “Rahul’s misplaced criticism could equally apply to the 2012 MoU,” he said.
